Barry Levinson, founder of 1to3go, is an entrepreneurial marketing and design professional with more than three decades of experience in the outdoor sport apparel and equipment industry. With a strong background in marketing, sales, award-winning design, and operations, Barry has successfully developed, launched, and managed brands across both wholesale and retail markets — in the U.S. and around the world.

Barry founded and served as President of SYNC Performance Apparel, where he led the launch of its highly acclaimed technical outerwear line. Before SYNC, he founded Racing Development Inc./SRD, a leading supplier of technical ski racing apparel and equipment. Earlier in his career, he introduced Sweden’s POC brand to the North American market and served as Product Development Manager at Spyder Active Sports.

As Director of Sales and Marketing at Apocalypse Snowboards, Barry launched the “Now” division, developed new brand extension categories, and established private OEM manufacturing for several major suppliers.

Barry is perhaps best known for founding Euromode Ltd., whose brands Torstai/Club A became some of the most visible, influential, and fastest-growing ski wear labels of their time. His consulting portfolio includes work with prestigious global brands such as BognerSWATCHPeak Performance, and others. He also managed marketing for the North American distribution of Italy’s Parajumpers apparel brand and has recently consulted for the award-winning German outdoor brand Advenate and Austria’s Kästle Ski.

An avid alpine and backcountry skier, road and mountain cyclist, Barry remains a part-time private ski instructor with the Vail/Beaver Creek Ski School. He has completed legendary alpine ski tours such as the Haute Route and Ortler Traverse, and his passion for adventure has taken him around the world.

Barry is also the co-founder of the Berlack and Astle Memorial Fast Skier Award, now entering its 18th year — a testament to his ongoing commitment to the ski community.

I have known Barry for many years since he ran the American operations for our company Torstai OY (Club A) ski and sportswear, building the brand to prominence in the global ski media, sponsorship of the US Freestyle Ski Team, sponsorship of the legendary ski films the “Blizzard of Aahhhs” and “License to Thrill” and most importantly with widespread distribution of the brand in hundreds of top retailers across the United States.

In later years I followed him as he worked with many leading international brands and again with me when he sold our HALTI skiwear brands Club and Teams collections through his company Ski Racing Development (SYNC Performance). His sales and marketing skills and design strategy expertise have been applied to many global brands from Bogner to Spyder and many others utilizing has passion, connections and experience.
